Day 1: Garlic Avocado Toast

Good Morning Egg Lovers!

This quick and nutritious breakfast is the perfect on the go option! Toasted bread with creamy smashed avocado seasoned with a dash of garlic salt is a combination that may just rival PB&J. Add a lightly fried egg on top with some salt & pepper and you’ll fall in love!  Eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it doesn’t matter, JUST EAT IT!

Ingredients: Bread, half an avocado, garlic powder, paprika, 1 egg, 1/2 banana (optional)

Recipe: First toast the bread. Lightly fry the egg in avocado oil (or olive oil) and season with salt & pepper to taste.  Smash the half of the avocado onto the toast.  Sprinkle a dash of garlic powder and paprika on top of the avocado.  Place the fried egg on top, and MUAH, Perfection!  You can add a half a banana on the side for a little fresh fruit!
