Wow, where to begin… Healthy, happy and energetic. A wife and a mother of 4, I work alongside my husband in ministry and am really enjoying every part of it. Over 2 years ago I weighed in at my heaviest weight, 327 pounds. Feeling extremely tired, unhealthy and pretending at times to keep up. But now, 134 pounds lighter, I truly am HEALTHY, HAPPY and ENERGETIC. Just this past month I walked the L.A. marathon (26.2 miles), took a Harley motorcycle ride, went bobsledding, and went roller-skating with my family after 13 years.

I thank my Lord Jesus Christ for strength and I thank Dr. Liu for this wonderful job he’s done in giving people like myself back our hope through this Lap-band procedure. And I thank my church family, Shining Light Ministries for all their love, support and encouragement. Life is great!
